It is that time of year again where our next 4 contests include chicken wings. Though not your tratdional Rib, Butts, Brisket and Chicken. We still want to make award winning chicken wings. It has taken us many years to narrow down the flavors they score well with judges. It is safe to say award winning chicken wings don’t happen over night.
